A deer at the JBL. It wasn't afraid of people at all. I was startled by a deer hopping across the trail behind me this morning, wonder if this was the same one.

I got back to the TH just before 7, a good 12 hours trip with plenty of time spent on the summit of both Haystack and Basin. I got back to the Hostel Damian and Bob already there. Jason and Gillian arrived around 11:30 PM. Ready to tackle Saddleback first thing tomorrow.
