We met up at the Smarts Brook Trailhead at 8 and took 2 cars to Sandwich Mtn Trailhead where we started our hike at 8:35 AM.

The weather forecast reported a cold (mid 20F) brightday, but as it turned out, it was not as cold as I expected.
