Saturday was Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. Kim and I spent a relax afternoon in Lake Placid.

Today's is Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. Kim and I spend lazy day in Lake Placid. Lunch at a Chinese Restaurant in Main Street.

Sunday February 15. We thought Porter and Cascade would be a quick and easy hike before heading. But as it turned out, Porter wasn't broken out, it wasn't too hard, just not as easy as we've thought.

The open summit of Cascade was very windy. I felt the gust couple of times nearly knock me off balance. Here is clip of Kim on the windy summit.

Since Big Slide, Kim and I had been using the sled on steeper section as much as we can. It was a lot of fun. Kim on sled.
