Jen, Kim and I spend a night at a near by campground to have a relatively early start. After a quick stop for breakfast, we hit the trail around 6:13 AM.

We weren't super determine about having to finish the whole loop, just a mentality of if we have the energy to finish then that's great, if not, we'll have a good day traversing the expose Franconia Ridge with friends.
