Jason put together a backpacking trip and invited bunch of us, his plan is to backpack Mahoosuc with Steve and meet up with the rest of us at Old Speck and backpack the whole Grafton loop counter-clockwise. He and Steve started the trek in 2 days ahead of us from Gorham. Kim, Rebecca, Rob, Rob's son Glen and I spent Friday night at the near by Grafton Notch Campground, met up with Gillian Saturday morning at Eddy road parking lot to spot car and stash supplies for the second half of day 2 and day 3.
Day 1: AT parking lot to Sargent Brook Campsite, about 11.5 mi. Day 2: Sargent Brook Campsite to Town Corner Campsite, about 16.5 mi. Day 3: Town Corner Campsite to AT parking lot, about 10.5 mi. Here are more information about Grafton Loop. |
