We barely managed to find the trail to get to the Champney Falls junction only to lost it again shortly after. I voiced my concern and the group made the decision that it's time to turn around.

Despite we're already half way into our journey at the point where we turned around, but there were no gaurantee the remaining less than half of the journey would be easy to find. Turning around at least gaurantee us our own foot prints to follow.

We took our time and got out of the woods after 8:30 ish. I would love to go back and attempt the same route again, hopefully with better visibility and a earlier start :).
