Despite the weather forecast called for a 40% chance of thunderstorm this afternoon, I'm not gonna let a few lightnings and roar of thunders to deter my treasure hunting trip. The only thing that I was afraid of was running into moose since this is a very swampy area with many ponds. Well and the ferocious mosquitos. So armed with bug repellent, I braved the trail shortly before noon.
