The weather forecast for the labor day weekend was awesome. So I was hoping to get few folks to join me on an above treeline hike (working on my tan). I recruited Hanna and Bob (NH) to do the Pemi loop but the plan quickly fell apart. So I decided to join Bob, Geri and Dave on their Franconia Ridge traverse. God forbid Hanna may finally got some views from the ridge. That poor girl had been on the ridge multiple times with no views. However while hiking on Jefferson yesterday, I decided to combine all my goals for the weekend into one hike. I'd hike with Bob, Geri Dave and Hanna to Franconia Ridge, hiked part of the Pemi Loop, and revisit Redrock Ravine where Bob and I turned around few weeks ago in the rain. So we came out of this new plan.
